Physical Therapy Asst PRN

The Physical Therapy Assistant collaborates with a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans that restore or improve mobility, strength, coordination, and range of motion for patients. Responsibilities include selecting and progressing treatment activities, revising plans with the PT and patient/family, providing ongoing education and discharge instructions, documenting each session, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role emphasizes compassionate service, teamwork, ethical conduct, patient confidentiality, and participation in staff meetings and process improvements. Education required includes an associate degree in Physical Therapy and relevant licensure/certifications; BLS certification is required upon hire. The position is PRN and based in Atlanta, GA.
