Job Summary
On-call Physical Therapy Assistant in an outpatient setting. Responsible for carrying out the Care Plan designed by the Physical Therapist, assisting with patient evaluations, monitoring resident progress, maintaining documentation and billing activities, performing Home Assessments as part of the discharge process, and conducting screenings during admissions and quarterly/annual assessments as directed by the PT. Supervised by the Physical Therapist; some travel between Westminster Communities of Florida locations.
Required Qualifications
- AA Degree from an APTA accredited program
- Licensure where required by law
- Two (2) years experience in a health care setting preferred
