Job Summary
Provide direct therapy services to patients upon physician referral and under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with applicable laws and Center standards. Deliver sub-acute inpatient therapy to individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical conditions within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Maintain current state licensure and CPR certification while communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team. This role supports our mission to provide top quality nursing and rehabilitation services to patients.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) therapy program
- Current state licensure
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- CPR Certification
- Weekend availability
