Job Summary
Provide rehabilitative services as a Physical Therapy Assistant under licensed therapists to homebound patients in SC, GA, and FL. Conduct therapeutic exercises, educate patients on rehabilitation techniques, document progress, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise and assist in discharge planning, and maintain a clean, organized therapy environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with facilities and families, and support telehealth/virtual visits as part of a comprehensive primary care approach; preferred experience includes pelvic health, orthopedics, geriatrics, neurology, EMR proficiency, bilingual abilities, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
- CPR certification
