Job Summary
Provide therapeutic care to patients and families, focusing on restoring, promoting, or maintaining function while minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Work independently to deliver this support in a home health setting. Requires an Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and a Massachusetts license. One year of acute care experience is preferred, though home health experience is not required. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM with no weekend coverage.
