Physical Therapy Assistant

Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care while monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs to assist individuals in improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for all home visits. Work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist throughout the Springfield, MA area. Afternoon availability is required, with Monday–Friday availability preferred. Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensure and at least one year of clinical experience are mandatory. Earn up to $50 per skilled visit with mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling options.
