Physical Therapy Assistant

Deliver physical therapy treatments in patients' homes under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to established plans of care. Monitor patient progress, communicate updates to the supervising therapist, and educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs. Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling with newly increased skilled visit rates up to $50 per visit, plus mileage reimbursement. Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts PTA license and have at least one year of clinical experience.
