Job Summary
Provide individualized therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility; communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team; complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements; support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life. Full Time PTA with starting pay from $30.00 per hour (based on skills and experience) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Prior SNF therapy experience and an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy are required; background screening through AHCA may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Program
- Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience
- Background screening through AHCA
