Job Summary
Utilize evidence-based practice to provide skilled, medically necessary rehabilitation interventions for patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Assess and document patient progress while communicating with the supervising therapist to adjust treatments, and provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders. Submit input for discharge summaries per regulatory requirements. Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant experience is required.
