Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assistance under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility, helping patients recover from injuries or illness by improving mobility and activity levels. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and document patient progress in electronic medical records. Maintain an active North Dakota PTA license and current BLS/CPR certification. This 13-week assignment in Fargo, ND, offers full-time pay, 100% paid housing, and relocation assistance for a travel contract.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active North Dakota PTA license
Desired Qualifications
- Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience in skilled nursing facility, long term care, or inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Demonstrated ability to follow PT treatment plans and document patient progress in electronic medical records
- Previous experience working with geriatric populations
