Job Summary
Conduct patient care under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping individuals recover from injuries or illness by improving mobility, comfort, and activity levels in an Assisted Living Facility setting. Perform duties Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend coverage required. Maintain an active Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license and BLS certification, with experience in assisted living preferred. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active MN Physical Therapist Assistant license
