Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy interventions for patients recovering from injuries or illness in a Skilled Nursing Facility, assisting with transfers, gait training, and ADL-focused care under licensed Physical Therapist guidance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to follow established plans of care while managing a 36-hour weekly schedule in a 13-week assignment at a Belle Fourche, SD facility. Maintain an active South Dakota PTA license and BLS certification, with a preference for geriatric experience. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active South Dakota PTA license
