Job Summary
Conduct patient care for individuals recovering from injuries or illness under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on helping them move better and stay active. Provide mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and patient education within home health and outpatient settings across the Twin Cities South and western suburbs. Maintain an active Minnesota PTA license and BLS certification from AHA or ARC. This home health travel assignment offers full-time contracts with benefits, relocation assistance, and 100% paid housing.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Minnesota PTA license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience providing care in home health and outpatient settings
- Previous travel PTA experience
- Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
