Job Summary
Administers physical therapy to patients in their residences, under physician orders and plan of care, following supervision by the Administrator/Clinical Manager. This Full-Time PTA role offers a flexible schedule and benefits, with a 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday structure and no holidays. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one physical therapy to patients in home settings and coordinating with supervising clinicians to ensure quality care. Key qualifications: an active Wisconsin PTA license, CPR certification, and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license with car insurance. Two years of experience is preferred.
