Physical Therapy Assistant

Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to improve function, mobility, and relieve pain under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement and adjust individualized treatment plans while recording and monitoring residents' motor function, strength, and response to therapy. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation goals and ensure timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Communicate updates and observations to the supervising PT and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during staff meetings.
