Physical Therapy Assistant

The Physical Therapy Assistant implements physical therapy programs and provides treatments to residents under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, including executing individualized treatment plans, administering modalities and exercises, assisting with tests/evaluations, organizing group sessions, educating residents and families, collaborating with the rehabilitation team, maintaining documentation, and supporting resident care and program quality in a long-term care environment.
