Job Summary
Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) providing home health therapy to geriatric patients in senior living communities across Andover, North Reading, and Reading. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA delivers treatment, administers tests, conducts client education, and implements interventions as delegated. Must have MA licensure and at least one year of PTA experience. Responsibilities center on helping patients attain or maintain optimal physical well-being through evidence-based therapies in a home health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
- At least one year of PTA work experience under supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Full-time availability in home health setting
- Ability to provide treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Geriatric patient care experience or focus preferred
