Job Summary
PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA) with Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services seeks to provide patient-centered rehab in a multidisciplinary SNF setting. Work involves implementing and adapting individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering in-house therapy with management support. Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and licensure as a PTA in North Carolina; prior SNF rehab experience is preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Background checks/drug-free workplace are required. EOEs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of North Carolina
- Background checks/drug-free workplace
- Experience in rehabilitation in SNF setting preferred
