Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA

Deliver direct physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and activities of daily living in home settings. Utilize modalities such as heat, cold, and ultrasound while educating patients on safety and assistive device use. Monitor progress, document accurately in the EMR, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team during case conferences. Requires a current PTA license, 1+ year of experience preferred, and valid driver's license. Schedule includes flexibility for field-based care with ongoing training opportunities.
