Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA

Deliver direct physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist; perform therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance and functional mobility activities; assist with transfers and activities of daily living; utilize modalities such as heat, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation; educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and use of assistive devices; observe progress, document in the EMR, and communicate with the PT and care team; collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care; field-based/home health in Tulsa, OK with a focus on patient-centered outcomes and one-on-one care.
