Job Summary
Instruct patients in maintaining achieved levels of function through education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modification to facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals. Return residents to optimal physical function in a skilled nursing facility setting. This role requires an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy and a current, unencumbered state license. Basic computer skills for navigating service delivery and electronic health record software are essential. Part-time opportunities are available with negotiable shifts, wage, and sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work
- basic computer skills
- ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software
