Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Surrey Place - Skilled Nursing

Prepare patients and equipment for physical therapy following initial evaluation by a registered physical therapist, administer therapy, and perform documentation. Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team while performing duties consistent with St. Luke's mission and values under the supervision of the Rehab Manager, Lead Physical Therapist, and Staff Physical Therapists. Requires an Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and current or eligible licensure by the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts.
