Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Meets qualifications as established by APTA
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant License in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
