Job Summary
Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Requires graduate of PTA program and Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
