PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA) provides in-house rehabilitation as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering individualized treatment plans for patients with various diseases/impairements. Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and hold licensure in the state where the SNF operates; prior rehab SNF experience preferred. Passional, patient-centered care in a supportive rehab environment with local management support.
