Job Summary

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients while conducting therapy sessions under licensed physical therapist supervision. Evaluate patient progress, report results to the team, and maintain accurate records of treatment and progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to refine strategies and provide patient education to promote independent living. Participate in regular meetings to discuss patient outcomes and develop improvement plans. Requires current Pennsylvania licensure, a graduate degree from an accredited program, and ability to work a full-time 36-hour schedule. Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule (36 hours per week)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
