Job Summary
Provides Physical Therapy Assistant services under supervision, administering a structured treatment program and assessing patients’ functional capabilities for rehabilitation. Educates patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods and collaborates with Physician and Physical Therapist to determine goals based on patient capacity. Requires current state PTA licensure and BLS certification; inpatient rehabilitation experience desired. Weekday and PRN weekend availability; compensation based on experience. Located at Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital in Blue Ash, OH. Strong communication, organizational, time-management, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented skills are essential to support patient care and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
