Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for older adult patients alongside Physical Therapists. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation while helping patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner to the community. Work flexible hours and weekends within a CCRC environment offering Short Term Rehab, Long Term Care, and Outpatient services.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
