Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for older adult patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation while acting as a trusted partner to the community. Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes in a geriatric and post-acute setting. This per diem role at Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville, OH requires flexible weekday and weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
