Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for older adult patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation while acting as a trusted partner to the community. Work flexible hours and weekends as a per diem member of an interdisciplinary team delivering patient-centered care in senior-living and post-acute settings.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
