Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist. Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment. Identify indications for evaluations and assist in the evaluation under the direction of the Physical Therapist. Assist the Physical Therapist in identifying short- and long-term goals and treatment plans. Help establish and modify individual resident schedules in coordination with the Physical Therapist and other team members. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure or license eligible
- Provide physical therapy services under supervision of Physical Therapist
- Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals
- Assist in evaluations and treatment planning
- Assist in establishing and modifying resident schedules
