Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision, assisting with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety. Deliver patient-centered interventions while collaborating with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team. Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes. This role offers flexible scheduling for a PTA with an active license in good standing within an in-house, family-owned organization that prioritizes clinician-led care and mentorship for new graduates.
