Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), PRN

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services aimed at improving residents’ mobility, strength, and independence. Responsibilities include performing exercises with residents per established treatment plans, assisting with mobility-focused activities, monitoring and reporting patient progress to the Physical Therapist, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, supporting interdisciplinary care team collaboration, and ensuring a safe, positive therapy environment. Qualifications include completion of an accredited PTA program and an active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina. Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
