Job Summary
Provide therapy services as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in patients' homes in Lake County. Assess patients’ conditions and report significant changes to the supervising PT and nursing supervisors; serve a diverse caseload with treatment plans based on physician orders; minimum 1 year PTA experience in outpatient facility or hospital setting required. Flexible PRN/home health scheduling with local territory assignments, meaningful patient interaction, and ongoing CEUs and professional development available. Required Qualifications
