Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans established by the primary Physical Therapist to facilitate increased patient independence and functioning. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to design programs consistent with each patient's needs and capabilities. Act as an assistant during therapist tests, evaluations, and complex procedures while instructing patients, families, and caregivers in treatment skills and techniques under supervision. Requires a valid physical therapy license and preferred Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
