Job Summary
Part-time Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist for residents in Sprenger Health Care facilities in Lorain, OH. Duties include conducting screenings at regular intervals to determine need for intervention, assisting in evaluations and treatment planning under the PT, helping establish and modify individual resident schedules with the PT and other team members, and delivering rehabilitation services across long-term nursing, assisted living, and memory care settings. Qualifications require an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy and current state licensure or licensure eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or license eligible

- Ability to adjust resident schedules in coordination with the Physical Therapist and team
