Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision, assist with treatment planning and therapeutic exercise, and deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety. Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team while documenting clearly to support quality outcomes. This in-house role offers therapy time protection, clinical judgment autonomy, and mentorship for new graduates within a family-owned network of 12 facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active PTA license in good standing
