Job Summary
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute rehabilitation team. Provide supervised therapeutic interventions under a licensed Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities. Responsible for accurate documentation, resident progress communication, and participation in interdisciplinary care planning. Must hold a California PTA license in good standing and be prepared to work in a resident-centered post-acute/skilled nursing environment. Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunities available; compensation $46–$51 per hour plus benefits for eligible roles.
