Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments as outlined in the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist. Lead residents through gait training, therapeutic exercises, and balance activities using state-of-the-art equipment. Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team of therapists and nurses to ensure a resident-centered approach. Educate residents and their families on the use of assistive devices and home exercise programs. Maintain precise, timely daily notes and progress reports in accordance with California state standards. Flexible schedule with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities; licensed PTA in California required.
