Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. Support treatment plans while documenting care accurately in Raintree EMR, utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline documentation. Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support within a collaborative, patient-first environment. Monday-Friday schedule with flexible scheduling opportunities. Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program and current Arkansas licensure required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
