Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient

Provide physical therapy treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, gait training, and patient education. Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes while monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the supervising clinician. Document patient care accurately using Raintree EMR and build relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Work with a diverse outpatient population covering orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions. Full-time role with competitive compensation ranging from $25-30/hr, performance-based bonuses, and access to Scribe AI documentation technology.
