Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy treatment programs under a Physical Therapist's supervision, utilizing standard techniques tailored to patient age, functional impairments, and needs. Collaborate as an integral team member focused on patient-centered decision making while documenting service delivery. Educate patients, family members, significant others, and staff on care plans. Direct and supervise activities of support personnel. Requires an Associate's degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program, Oklahoma licensure or graduate eligibility, and current Basic Life Support certification. Compensation ranges from $22.87 to $37.37 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners or a Graduate PTA eligible for Oklahoma Licensure/Temporary License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training
- Current Basic Lift Support (BLS)
