PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA) provide rehab services in an in-house therapy setting within a skilled nursing facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans and progressive modalities for a variety of diseases and impairments. Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state of the SNF where you will work. Prior rehab SNF experience preferred. Background checks/drug-free workplace; EOE.
