PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA) at Liberty Commons of Rowan County. Work with a multidisciplinary rehab team to provide individualized treatment plans for patients, with in-house therapy and local management support. Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state of the SNF. Prior rehab SNF experience preferred.
