Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care to help patients improve mobility, function, and independence in home settings. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team while completing accurate, timely documentation. Work as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Assisted Living Facilities and home visits, treating geriatric residents to assist them in maintaining independence and aging in place. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling where you choose assignments that fit your availability, with no driving between homes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Alabama PTA license
