Job Summary
Administer physical therapy treatments as directed by a supervising Registered Physical Therapist and physician-approved plan of care in patient homes. Assist with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility training, and skilled interventions while monitoring patient responses and communicating progress. Prepare clinical notes, instruct patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and collaborate on care planning. Maintain compliance with agency policies and participate in quality improvement activities. Travel throughout South King County to serve adult and geriatric home health patients. Full-time flexible schedule with approximately 20–30 visits per week.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Washington State PTA license in good standing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, heavy lifting, and extensive bending
Desired Qualifications
- Home health or field-based clinical experience
