Job Summary
Serve patients in their homes as a PRN Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) providing individualized care and building trusted relationships. Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, assisting in evaluating patient equipment needs, educating patients and families on self-care methods, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for holistic care. Candidates must hold an active Florida PTA license and have 1-2 years of experience, with home health care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida PTA license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a PTA
Desired Qualifications
- Home health care experience preferred
- Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR preferred
