Job Summary
Join Empath Health as a PRN Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) dedicated to delivering individualized care in patients' homes. Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services under a Physical Therapist's supervision, assisting with equipment evaluations, educating patients and families on self-care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team for holistic care. Required qualifications include an active Florida PTA license and 1-2 years of PTA experience. Home health care experience and familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida PTA license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a PTA
