Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy treatments for patients with physical impairments using modalities under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists. Assist individuals in improving mobility, function, and independent self-care skills necessary for daily living. Work in a home health setting as part of a collaborative team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation's largest home-based care providers.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA in the state of employment
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience
- A minimum of one year of home health experience
