Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists, treating patients with physical impairments through modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Assist individuals in acquiring skills necessary for daily living and functioning. Requires current PTA licensure in the state of employment, with one year of clinical and one year of home health experience preferred. Schedule is PRN. Required Qualifications
